Quick and Dirty Sandwich ideas By Ld Gonzalez of Blue Girl Graphics Here are a few quick and dirty ideas for making a sandwich. First sandwich idea: If you like sardines, open up a can, drain and pop them on a slice of bread and cover it with another slice. Fishy goodness! Second sandwich idea: If you like salmon and have ever tried "lox," here is a great sandwich idea. Buy a bit of "ready to eat" smoked salmon and some onion & chives dip. Slather the bread with the onion & chive dip then add the salmon and press the slices together. Now you have your own "lox" sandwich! :D Third sandwich idea: Get one fresh avocado. Skin and slice thinly. Salt to your liking and layer between one or two slices of bread. Eat and enjoy! Hope you liked these favorite sandwich ideas. ~L~
